Operational Systems

Our training program will walk you through all that is required to own and operate your restaurant. With three weeks of pre-opening training in our corporate locations in the Huntington, WV, area, as well as a team to support you during your first two weeks of opening on-site, we will be there to make sure that your staff fully understands all that is involved in running your Fat Patty’s franchise.

Site Selection and Construction

The average size of a Fat Patty’s is between 5,000 to 6,000 square feet. We prefer a free-standing unit or an end-cap unit that has previously operated as a restaurant. We have a comprehensive site selection manual that you will receive as a franchisee that will guide you step-by-step on selecting your location, negotiating your lease and managing your construction.
